YOGA IN YOUR WORKPLACE
We offer yoga and pilates classes at your work place. Many students find yoga at work a convenient way to practice yoga or pilates. Classes can be offered before work, during lunch time, or after work. These classes are a wonderful opportunity to release work-related tension and become refreshed. Classes often focus on releasing neck and shoulders, building abdominal strength to support the lower back, and opening the hips and hamstrings. Please contact the studio at (202) 544-0011 or email yoga@capitolhillyoga.com to find out how you can bring yoga or pilates to your work.

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
Some students prefer one-on-one classes to target specific needs (such as yoga for fibromyalgia, yoga for golfers, post-natal yoga). We also offer private instruction for a couple or small group. At Capitol Hill Yoga, we have qualified teachers who can customize a private lesson to meet your specific needs and goals. Private instruction can be offered at the studio or your home. Please contact the studio at (202) 544-0011 or email yoga@capitolhillyoga.com for more details on private instruction.
