Yoga at Work

Capitol Hill Yoga offers yoga and pilates classes at your work place. Many students find yoga at work a convenient way to practice since classes can be offered on-site before work, during lunch time, or after work. Our classes provide you not only with a calm reprieve from the work day, but will give you the tools to breathe easier in the midst of work-related tension. Classes often focus on simple breathing techniques, releasing neck and shoulders, building abdominal strength to support the lower back, and opening the hips and hamstrings.
