We had a wonderful opportunity to introduce the CHY community to many new students during April's DC Yoga Week. Thank you to everyone who participated - especially those that moved their mat over just a bit to welcome a new face!

Rebecca Gitter is introducing a new class starting next Monday, May 5 - join her for Yoga for Parent and Baby at 12:15-1:15pm.  This 1-hour class, along with Kundalini Yoga and Pilates will be offered at a new rate: $13/class when 5 or more purchased or $15/single class drop-in.  View the current schedule.  Rebecca will also offer a Family Yoga workshop on Sunday, May 18 from 3:30-4:15pm.

Other upcoming workshops include Yoga R & R, Infant Massage, and Yoga Basics. You can use your class passes for these workshops or pay for them separately.  These workshops are wonderful opportunities to treat yourself to something healthy and rejuvenating for Spring.

As always, we welcome any feedback - this is your community yoga studio.

Love and Light,
Julie, Leyla, Marianna and Stacey
